For my final UX design course project, I chose to focus on the Etsy Seller App. While the app has seen some improvements, it still lacks essential features, such as creating shipping labels directly within the app when an order is ready to be shipped. As an active Etsy seller and user, I aimed to enhance its functionality by seamlessly integrating the website and app for a more cohesive experience.
